The specifics of our business model: We make websites for clients who have never even thought that this would be smart and useful for their business.

We don’t do these like computer experts asking the clients what kind of website they want. Usually, customers have to tell the web developer what they want and provide them with texts and photos. In our case, clients don’t need to do all this, because this is our concern.

We prepare a complete business model for the clients who we believe could significantly increase the volume of business and earnings.

We prepare for our customers everything: website design, texts, photos, videos, aerial photos, all marketing materials, and promotion. If necessary, we also train their employees to achieve better business results and improve customer relationships.

One more important thing is: we recommend to a potential client to create a web site only if we know that they will get the entire investment back within one year at the latest.

REAL ESTATE MARKETING

We made Camotes Real Estate that is much better than existing similar websites. We focused on quality, not quantity, which means that only real estate from our islands will be on the site. Potential buyers looking to buy a house can view the range of houses on our island through virtual reality, from the outside as well as from the inside. With 360 ° panoramas, you can stroll through the yard, the garden with the pool and the surrounding area, as well as all the rooms in the house. They just can’t jump into the pool.

We offer owners a comprehensive organization and execution of advertising and coordination of reservations.

Our offer is simple: we take pictures free of charge from the air, hotel, resort, house or bungalows from outside and inside, prepare the presentation and offer, open the tourist facility with a full presentation on Booking.com, Agoda.com and airbnb.com. In addition, we take care of the guests’ arrival and satisfaction and help them make their holidays enjoyable and as active as possible.

But what do we make of it if we do it for free? 10% commission from guests who check in via us.

ON THE JOB TRAINING STUDENTS

With the University of Camotes Island campus, we have agreed to train computer science students for everything related to our work. The training, which lasts two semesters at the end of the study, is here called OJT. On the Job Training is an ideal combination for both of us. We get young, well-educated, enthusiastic staff, and they bring our business experience and access to all the techniques: computers, software, drones, recording equipment.

PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT & BEST SOFTWARES

We use professional equipment and best softwares in making pictures and videos. We have two drones which we can fly up to 500 meters and up to 5 and 7 kilometers, respectively, so that we can capture the entire coast of our islands, beaches, resorts, hotels, houses and take panoramic shots of the island…

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

Melariel and two computer IT graduates who now work for us on a regular basis are systematically trained in everything related to professional photography:
• HDR-photography
• panoramic photography on the ground, in the air and under water
• Photoshop

In this regard, we are aware that we are still far from the right professionals and that there is much more to learn.
